How quickly can you come after checkout?
We offer same-day bookings across Sydney. If you book before 10am, we can typically be there within a few hours of your guest's checkout. For regular hosts, we recommend scheduling recurring cleans in advance to lock in your preferred time slot.
Do you restock supplies?
Yes! Our Restock & Linen add-on covers toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner), fresh towels folded hotel-style, and bed linen changes. We also send a low-stock notification so you're never caught short before a check-in.
What if a guest leaves the property in bad condition?
We'll contact you before starting if the property requires significantly more work than a standard turnover. We'll give you an honest quote for the extra time. We also photograph the property on arrival and departure so you have documentation for any Airbnb damage claims.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our hosts are completely remote. We handle key access via lockbox, building concierge, or key handover — whatever works for you. You'll receive a completion notification with photos when we're done.
Can you manage multiple properties?
Absolutely — we work with property managers and hosts with 10+ listings. We can set up recurring schedules across multiple properties, sync with your Airbnb calendar, and provide a single invoice. Get in touch and we'll build a custom plan for your portfolio.
